Gift of Sleep is built on Rhythm Intelligence™.

This is a process of learning to recognize when a baby is biologically ready for sleep —

rather than trying to make sleep happen.

What Is Rhythm Intelligence™?

Rhythm Intelligence™ is the discernment of timing and readiness in the body.

It looks at how sleep pressure builds, how digestion and feeding interact with sleep, how circadian rhythm sets the window, and how the nervous system signals safety or resistance.

When these signals align, sleep follows naturally.

What This Is Not

This is not a schedule.

This is not an average.

This is not a prediction.

This is not sleep training.

We don’t apply external rules to a baby.

We observe what is already happening.

How the Method Works

First, we observe.

Parents log sleep and feeding simply, without trying to change anything.

Patterns begin to emerge —not from one night, but from rhythm over time.

Only when rhythm becomes clear — does guidance appear.

Why Listening Comes First

Most parents are given advice before their baby’s rhythm is clear.

This creates confusion, second-guessing, and unnecessary pressure.

Listening first removes noise. Clarity replaces effort.

A Clear Boundary

Sleep Discovery begins once a baby is able to fall asleep independently at bedtime.

This is not a goal or a technique — it is the biological starting point.

Independent sleep allows the system to accurately observe a baby’s true rhythm, without interference from external soothing. If independent sleep is not yet in place, the system remains in listening mode.

This protects the baby, and ensures that rhythm is being discovered —not influenced.
